The Jack Dalton Foundation

Jack had a unique sense of humour and the most wonderful laugh. Once you heard it all you could do was laugh along. He was so brave and strong and above all else he was a one of a kind.

Jack loved playing his guitar and xbox the most. He had his own little 'cave' where he played fifa with his friends and played Noel Gallagher on his beloved guitars. But one thing he loved more than anything was his favourite football team Liverpool. Many a scream would come from the cave on days where Liverpool were playing.

He had a tremendous love for life and making people laugh. He was always there to listen to his family and friends and could always bring a smile to even the saddest of faces.

I didn't know Jack very well, nor had I spent a lot of time with him. However, he was the kind of person of such a genuine and personable nature, that even in the little amount of time I spent with him, his warmth really touched me, and the day he passes the world really felt like a sadder, colder place without him. RIP.

I knew Jack since he was a wee lad as a friend of his brother Paul. While I didn't know him hugely well on a personal level I felt as if I knew him in a way through stories from Paul. My main memory of Jack was that even in his sickness, the couple of times we hung out to watch Liverpool play he always had a smile on his face. You wouldn't have thought in those moments he was ill. I think that says everything about the lad. I also enjoyed the cheeky games of Call of Duty and Fifa we used to play on Xbox Live and miss those. RIP Jack
